Jeffrey Wachman, a successful male model, entrepreneur, and Managing Partner for New Age Global & Red Velvet Entertainment, has experienced tremendous success over the past several years. Becoming a successful entrepreneur didn’t happen in a day, but it was something Jeffrey was willing to work for because he knew he had that entrepreneurial spirit within him all along. “Ever since I was a teenager, I’ve loved the idea of being an entrepreneur and running my own business. Before becoming a successful entrepreneur, I spent most of my time working different jobs, gaining a lot of experience, and putting my all into everything I did. Finally, the hard work and consistency paid off, helping me get noticed by the right people, and leading me down such an incredible path.”
For someone who had to work hard and follow a step-by-step process to achieve success, Jeffrey Wachman says it’s all in a person’s willingness to want personal growth bad enough. For example, if he didn’t focus on setting goals and working on taking the steps needed to achieve those goals, it’s entirely possible he’d still be stuck in the same mindset, struggling to make a name for himself and get ahead. Instead, he looked for a source of motivation to keep him going, even on his most challenging days.
“For some people, money is the biggest motivator. It’s great to make money, and you have to do that to survive, but what motivated me was the opportunity to see how big I can grow a company. It’s what helps me get up each day, ready to tackle the next thing thrown my way,” shared Wachman. “So, I like to tell people if they want to experience personal growth, start setting goals, apply focus and effort, and then monitor their progress to see how far these changes can get them. Achieving any goal is exceptionally gratifying and can help keep anyone going. However, I get even more enjoyment from stretching my goals even further and setting challenges for myself that push me to my limits. It helps me understand what I’m truly capable of doing.”
Despite being incredibly successful in his career, Jeffrey Wachman still looks forward to pushing his limits and unlocking new achievements.
