Michael B. Jordan’s $12.5m Encino home is an ode to class

In a world full of celebrities with dubious taste, Michael B. Jordan’s $12.5 million home in Encino, California definitely stands out.

It’s expensive but it’s far from tasteless, it is actually quite classy. Perched on the hills overlooking Encino, Michael B. Jordan’s new mansion is conveniently situated in the San Fernando Valley in California.

This is the perfect location for a movie star like B. Jordan. It is relatively secluded and quiet, and yet it is a stone’s throw from Los Angeles. Sitting on half an acre among the trees outside Encino, the home offers 12,300 sq ft of usable space.

The mansion combines warm wood finishing with luxurious white marble, and it comprises eight bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.

All three stories of the farmhouse-style mansion are connected by a custom staircase designed specifically for this abode. And of course there’s also an elevator.

Among other things, the house also has a double-island kitchen, a home theater with plush suede upholstery and even a dedicated shoe closet. There are two swimming pools and a jacuzzi.

The first and smallest swimming pool is located inside the gym, while the second one (and the jacuzzi) is located outside. The home was built in 2020 and it originally hit the market for $7 million. Michael B. Jordan ended up paying for $12.5 million for it. It’s a lot of cash but then again Michael B. Jordan is now a Hollywood A-Lister following the success of Creed, which is part of the Rocky franchise.

Speaking of which, the 35-year-old actor will reprise his role as Apollo Creed in the upcoming film Creed III, the ninth installment in the Rocky franchise.
